Paging Merlin! Paging a Mr. Merlin!

“Merlin, your immediate presence is requested on the east wall.”

The Antediluvian Horror has reached Camelot:

'Call out the archers - Satan's own beast marches on us!'

'Call out the archers - Satan's own beast marches on us!'

Galahad and the men of Camelot can take comfort in the fact that the bacterial bite of Komodo dragons has recently been proven to not be so harmful as previously thought. (The newly-discovered venom, however, is rather nasty.)

2 questions: Can giant monitor lizards breathe fire? Also, is that guy in the bottom right fleeing, or just cooling off? In all seriousness, if you’re going to be drawing castles and whatnot, seems like maybe you should learn how to draw a decent dragon at some point. I’m not saying, but you know, just saying.

Sorry, I just had to add: Is it just me, or does a giant lizard without upper teeth seem a bit feckless? Also, I believe I’ve answered my second question (see above) as the archers on the tower definitely appear to be targeting their deserter.

I actually dig the gargantuan monitor lizard.

However, I had not noticed that the archers do, indeed, appear to be aiming for the guy in the water. Hilarious.

That is so badass. Where exactly did that come from? Conjured up by a sorcerer?

    • Kilgore says:

I don’t quite know. I hadn’t been following the story until the image last week caught my eye. Sir Galahad had led some knights out to look into reports of a dragon thinking it would be no big deal and ran into this beast. What brought it out and onto the rampage I don’t know.
