Exit to Daylight

Was hiking along the Cliff Walk in Newport, RI, today, when this view struck a chord:



The quality of the phone photo doesn’t come close to the real thing, but even so I think it captures the look of an exit to the surface from the depths of a dungeon or labyrinth.

Whew. We made it back. Barely.

    Very nice picture! That could totally be the entrance of a dungeon. Or, I suppose from this angle the exit.
